Booking

The High House in Hermosa Beach, CA is available for professional film & television shoots. To book your shoot at The High House, contact Nile Luxury Rental for a quote and availability information. 50% deposit required upon booking. All bookings will be paid in full via wire transfer 24 hours before check-in.

 

Check In

Depending on the length of your shoot, adjustments and arrangements may be made. However, the standard check-in time to arrive at The High House will be 8AM. Should you need specific accommodations, please let us know and we’ll see how we can help.

 

Check Out

Depending on the length and complexity of your shoot, adjustments & arrangements may be made. However, the standard departure time from The High House will be 5PM. Should you need specific accommodations, please let us know and we’ll see how we can help.

 

Cleaning

To ensure that The High House remains in the finest condition for future renters, a $500 additional cleaning fee may be required depending on the length of your shoot. Therefore, you are not responsible for cleaning of the property upon departure. However, any damages will be billed to the renter.
