Booking

The High House in Hermosa Beach, CA is available for special event rentals. To book your special event at The High House, contact Nile Luxury Rental for a quote and availability information. 50% deposit required upon booking. All bookings will be paid in full via wire transfer 24 hours before event setup.

 

Check In

Depending on the length of your special event, adjustments and arrangements may be made. However, the standard check-in time to arrive at The High House will be 8AM. Should you need specific accommodations, please let us know and we’ll see how we can help.

 

Check Out

Depending on the length of special event, adjustments and arrangements may be made. However, the standard check-out time to depart from The High House will be 8PM. Should you need specific accommodations, please let us know and we’ll see how we can help.

 

Cleaning

To ensure that The High House remains in first-class condition for future renters, a $500 additional cleaning fee is required to be paid by the event organizer. Therefore, you are not responsible for cleaning of the property (within reason) upon departure. However, any damages to the property will be billed to the organizer.
